The by-law prohibits parking over an hour between 1 and 7 a.m. on all public and private ways, with no standard exemptions, so it matters only if your own car has to move to the street to free the driveway for a second day: it cannot stay there overnight. The school lots are open overnight and must be emptied by 7 a.m.
