They were able to quickly schedule the diagnostic and determine the issues. The parts were ordered quickly and the repair carried out the same day the parts arrived. I was very impressed with their professionalism! Our washer/dryer combo suddenly stopped working in the middle of the cycle, and after I did some online search, I called ABV Appliance. I'm glad that I called them because everything went very smooth! Good communication, and the technician was very pleasant and effective. He explained a potential cause and the way to fix it, and also told me an estimate. The machine was fixed, and the cost was very reasonable.
